Visitor traffic at mls.ca, the official website of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), continues to set records with 3.8 million page views recorded on a single day in March 2003. The chart (p. 2) shows mls.ca activity at a glance. Page views include general information about a listed property, including price, district and comments from the REALTOR(R). When you click on the price or picture of the property, the feature sheet appears. The feature sheet includes detailed information such as number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, the age of the property, floor space, features/amenities and more.

Of the 22,138,089 feature sheets viewed in March 2003, the Calgary Real Estate Board's totaled 1,752,822; compared to 3,585,659 for the Toronto Real Estate Board; 1,563,204 for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver; 1,339,465 for the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board; and 497,077 for the Edmonton Real Estate Board. In total, 100 Canadian real estate boards and associations supply listing data to mls.ca for posting to the site.
